Our commitment to each other

1.  **Commitment**: Our time together is designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals. Your commitment to actively participate and complete any assigned tasks is crucial for your success.

2. **Confidentiality**: We respect your privacy. All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential.

3. **Payment**: Payments for coaching packages or sessions must be made in advance. Accepted payment methods include cash, TWINT or bank transfer.

4. **Session Scheduling**: Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Please be punctual to maximize the benefit of your time.
    

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full.
